tagged together in 64 photos far rockaway + meredith It's especially empty... Beach 110 Street is usually pretty empty. Around 5:30, we packed up and headed back to the subway. There! Perfect. Somersaults and... Peter Pan? Haha. CHICKEN FIGHT! When these two get rambunctious, look out! Babe sandwich. Cat arrived a little after 2pm! Sunny Mer. I love this picture! Thanks for being my boo, boo. No better birthday present than perfect beach-weather! Pinchy! Gurj rolled over and realized her wet bathing suit made a happy face. Haha. So much blanket real estate. The beach was practically empty this time around! <3 We got to Beach 60th a little after 2pm. Team Hobo forever. I cah-rush your head. Does it still count as leering if it's your wife? On Sunday we took the train back out to Far Rockaway. No better way I'd rather spend a Saturday. Sun naps. Squinty. It was a perfect day and the beach was practically deserted! Buds. ...Far Rockaway Beach 60th Street! Mer and me. The beach! 7 out of 10! A couple minutes later, the rest of our group returned from a walk and decided to get in the mix. Going for 10! 5 out of 7! Getting there! 3 out of 7. 300% improvement! The larger your group is, the more difficult it is to capture everyone's feet in the air when you're taking a jumping photo. 1 out of 7 = FAIL! I think this is about as far in to the water as any of us went. Oh, summer. Debating whether or not to do in. Take three! If you squint, it looks like they're spelling out S-H-I-T! Take two. Beach Jump! Take Four is my favorite! Everyone's doing their own thing. Take Three! Meredith got tangled up in her cape. Haha. Got your cape all tied on? Good! It's time for.... Take Two. Total FAIL. Take One: Gurj, Scott and Amanda have amazing form in this pic. Sarah, however, failed to achieve lift off. At the beach we met up with Amanda and Scott! Handsome beach kids. We ate fruit. A little after 4pm, we decided to pack up our beach gear and head back to the subway. Meredith put on Nina's goggles... ...and we teamed up for this incredibly hot photo. (I don't know if you know this, but I'm going to let you in on a huge secret: WE ARE HUGE FUCKING DORKS.) Meredith took a nap of the beach: face down and covered in a towel. Hahaha. We came back from our swim to find Siege, KT and Mer in the midst of a heated game of beach Scrabble. The post-procedural patient. Hahaha. Meredith had read that if the whack was successful and the cyst had been ruptured, it would take a few days to for it to go away. Nothing to do but wait! (Spoiler: the cyst didn't go away). Meredith, Nina and KT. "....3!" WHAM! Nina didn't hold back AT ALL! (BTW, check out Nina's face, you can totally tell how much effort she put into her swing! Hahaha).
