Pancakes & milkshake for dinner is my ultimate comfort flex. ...and had late night pancakes, eggs & bacon from Odessa. (RIP!) ...makes me laugh that they both always call me Mr. Brian. After, we hit a nearby diner for lunch. She made up blueberry pancake breakfast... Came back home and made pancakes one at a time until I was full. Starting the year off right with some peanut butter & chocolate chip pancakes! On Saturday morning, my parents took me out to Denny's for a goodbye breakfast... On Monday afternoon I walked over to the Organic Grill and had Blueberry Pancakes and Tofu Scramble for lunch. Had myself a solo Odessa breakfast experience. (Yes, those are chocolate chip pancakes). Celebrated my day off on Friday with breakfast-for-lunch. Corn pancakes are my favorite. On our way home, we stopped in Phoenicia, NY for a not-so-quick but delicious brunch at Sweet Sue's. My Odessa standard: two-eggs over easy with chocolate chip pancakes! Sunday pancake breakfast at home! My sensible (2:30pm) breakfast. After we got back, we had pancakes! After one last glorious southern breakfast, we bid these two handsome gentlemen farewell... Pancakes, waffles and french toast! About 15 minutes into our swim, breakfast was announced. And, holy moly, what a breakfast it was! This time we stopped at Odessa on the way to the subway to get a PROPER diner breakfast! Eggs, muffins and chocolate chip pancakes! Was down in NC to get feedback from the Charlotte office on a new piece of software called Ad Copy Library that we were beta testing. Jeff and I went to IHOP for lunch! Sunday was soooo cold. I remember bundling up and hiding my face all the way to meet up with this guy for a mega-brunch after a LATE night. Pancakes, RESTORE ME. Teeny tiny delicious pancakes. My body was convinced it was time for breakfast and I got banana pancakes. Fried pancake balls with dunking syrup. OMG. About and hour later we pulled over and got our Denny's on. Mer got pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns AND a biscuit! Haha. Holy shit. On Sunday morning, Meredith made me this amazing breakfast. (Chocolate chip pancakes and fresh mango? OMG). Meredith didn't even bother to use utensils! Woooooo! After a couple hours of playing Rockband, we decided to continue to our refusal to acknowledge conventional adulthood by making giant blueberry pancakes for lunch. BREAKFAST FOR DINNER IS MY FAVORITE! YUUUUUUUUUM. Breakfast for dinner! Breakfast for dinner! Mmmmmmmmmmm.
