Took these two ladies on a long walk over to the pet store on 9th Street... Friday morning double hound walk! Meredith came over for a hang in the evening. Saw Jane Anne on Monday and she got to do the double-dachshund cuddle. Loving Edie on Saturday morning. Haha. Sunday snugglers. ...so neither of these ladies wanted to go outside. (I set Edie up with a heating pad for her sore back). Edie was hunched and in a lot of pain, but within 2 minutes of the laser treatment... ...she totally relaxed and was happy. It was pretty interesting to watch. She used a device to give Edie's back a chiropractic adjustment and then used a cold laser on her back to reduce the pain & inflammation . Edie hurt her back rough housing with Maddy and I took her to a holistic vet that specializes in treating back injuries without surgery. Dachshund yin & yang. Held up a piece of chicken in the air to get this photo of these two looking like well behaved dogs. Swaddled so hard. Meredith photo-retouching! Meredith had recently broken up with Dylan and our HEARTBREAK HOTEL agreement always stands so she came to stay on the couch for a few days and took turns holding the dogs until she felt better. Ha!) ...she just look at you but can't be torn away. Edie's love affair with my exotic space heater Vornado continues. When you call her name... They are hilarious to walk together. Edie is love with my Vornado space heater and plops down right in front of it every chance she gets. Haha. Enjoyed Edie's magic anti-grav ears. Edie hops up onto his lap every chance she gets. Grant is in denial about liking dogs, but they sure like him. Hahah. On Saturday I took a cab up to Leigh's... ...and grabbed an Edie for a little dog-sitting adventure! Spent the evening cleaning... Crept upon her so stealthily to get this pic. ...this! ...the Sisters Houndine. Alysha was in town and came for a visit on Friday night. She tried my Kasina Mind Machine and got some quality hang time with... Brought the pack back to mine to hang. On Wednesday afternoon I walked to Washington Square Park to meet up with Ellen. We had 4 dogs between us. Ok, but why you wake it, though? ...into hidden sleeping spaces. Always love waking up to find out what configuration of blankets and butt-to-butt arrangements these two have come up with over night. Why he wearing that hat? Don't ask me! Haha. These two! Spent Sunday snoozing on the couch and reading with these two wizards.
