Big meal led to some team-napping! ...and these two kept on snoozing. Aww, couch buddies. As far as I'm concerned, it's not a proper hang out unless it includes a small nap. Gurj woke up... Mer came over for dinner and to cuddle a Maddy. Meredith spend the weekend hanging out with Maddy while I was away both days taking my class. Came home to find the dogsitter smashing the dog! I was sick for almost a whole week! By Sunday I was feeling better. Meredith came over to hang out and to see Maddy. Someone fell asleep while wearing their hand-hat! Remember when everyone thought the world was going to end on December 21st, 2012? I arrived back from my lovely trip to Paris late on Friday night and was greeted at the apartment by Meredith & Maddy! Thanks again for watching her while I was away, Mer! On my way to the airport on Sunday night, I stopped off at Meredith's new apartment to drop the dog off with her. Any time Maddy sees luggage come out, she gets nervous she's going to get left behind and so she tries to make sure she's sitting on one of us at all times. Look who I found couch snoozing together in the afternoon? Ellen came over on Friday evening. Sun snoozers. Did some napping. Afternoon nap buddies. These two. Post-beach QT with the houndine. The couch seems like it was designed to camouflage Maddy! I came home to find these two fast asleep. Exactly five minutes later. Hahaha. Pancake nap! Maddy favorite place is Leg Alley. Faisal was in town and came by on Wednesday night! Nap buddies. I worked on my Pecha Kucha slides some more. Mer and Maddy fell asleep on the couch. These two fuggers were conked out before 8pm... Saying goodbye to these two on my way to work in the morning. Saying goodbye to the ladies on my way out the door to work. Things worth noting: Meredith reads Heinlein and Maddy sleeps with her arms out and eyes half-open like a tiny zombie! Came home later to find these two curled up together. Post roof-nap nap. Maddy keeps diligent watch from her legs. Snapped a photo of these two canoodling on the couch on my way out the door to work on Thursday morning. Good book! (Fates Worse Than Death by Kurt Vonnegut) Happy Saturday, you two! Saying goodbye to my couch buddies on Monday morning. We spent the afternoon lounging... On Saturday afternoon, Matt and Biggy came over for a hang. Later that afternoon, I came back to the apartment and Meredith made... On Saturday we had a nice homemade meal... Mer was finally out of bed and recovered by Friday! Thai feast for lunch! Dogs couch-battling and honking at each other. I spent Sunday recovering from my 33rd birthday party . Oof. Then later that night, Lisa and Pauly (and Pizza the dog!) came over for Family Night. Maddy likes to sleep behind Meredith when she's working. Haha. So much awesome in my living room it's unbelievable. Just a basic Wednesday night hang. Back at the apartment later that night, we snuggled with dogs... ...she promptly buried her face back under the cushion and went back to puppy-sleep! When I sneaked in closer to get a better pic, Maddy momentarily woke up to see who was in the room. But as soon as she saw that it was only me... On Saturday afternoon, I came back from running errands and found these two sound asleep on the couch in the office. Tiny dog says goodbye!
