Later that night, Mer went out and I stayed home and I spent the rest of the evening in marvelous rapture playing WORLD OF GOO on the Wii. It had just come out and I was obsessed with it. Such a fun game.

I'd been playing a lot of Wii bowling at home and figure I'd totally dominate, but it turns out that Leigh and Jackson were even more obsessed than I was and I totally got my ass handed to me.

A few weeks prior to my dad's birthday, I called him and asked him what he wanted for his birthday. When I'd been home for the holiday in December, I'd brought my Wii along and my loved the golf game...so he told me he wanted a Wii for his birthday! On Saturday night my parents came into town for the day! After walking around and having lunch in our neighborhood, we went back to our apartment so my parents could try out our new Wii! My mom actually played a video game and liked it!
