Christmas 1987 - my brother and I freaking out about getting the long-awaited PHANTASY STAR for the Sega Master System. This was the first RPG I ever got into and it exploded both of our brains!
Brett and Amy's apartment was full with all sorts of new baby gear, so they'd asked for no presents, but my mom still insisted on getting Brett "a little something"...
After I got back, Meredith and I got krunked on Pina Colada wine coolers (I love how tropically festive it looks next to the holiday basket in the background)...
...THIS AMAZING PHOTO! Hahahaha. Holy shit, this pic makes me LOL every time I see it. (Bonus points for the chopsticks standing in as a spear to the ribs!)
This photo is the one we went with for the Photo Greeting Card. The rule was that when you smiled, both your top and bottom rows of teeth had to be visible. Otherwise it wasn't a true "Holiday Cheer" smile.
