After I got home, I grabbed the dog and walked over to Matt's for a hang. Feel the laugh! Here's fitness coach Matt helping Kim max-out on chin-ups. Insert your own "box of goodies" joke here! Matt helped put together a to-go goody basket for... Later that evening, I walked over to Hans & Ellen's in the East Village for a big holiday feast! Check out the table spread! A little before midnight, I walked over to Matt's for a late night hang (and some hash browns?) I have no idea what he's cooking! Sunday morning breakfast / clean-up and check out time! Even all the inhabitants of the Business Man's Shirt had to come outside to see what all the hub-bub was about. We wandered around the farm and communed with nature. I spent at least forty minutes sitting on the stone fence watching the tree branches swirl and "breathe." Yep, this is pretty much the whole afternoon. After a few turns of playing, we figured out how to improve the game by adding a penalty... Always a quick way to "improve" any group game! Went out for a big post-wedding recovery brunch together. ...and carried it around like a baby. Haha. Met these guys... Admiring... Oh, Table 7! I got shots of everyone coming back... Touching tips so hard. Rubano is a hotel professional and went right to the frozen French bread pizza. Awww, yeah. The after-party place had giant scorpion bowl drinks... Ellen was our sober driver! Thanks, Ellen for carting us around while we were drunken lunatics. I'll post this version instead of the one where I'm "keeping my balance" by holding onto Kim's dreamy leg. Our group made a slight detour along the way to climb all over a giant ant. ...to cool off outside. Matt had just gotten back in town for a few months on the road touring. Later that night, I had birthday drinks around the corner. On Thursday we went to the The Delancey to see an artist showcase. Went to Motorino for dinner with this handsome nibbler. Afterwards, I took a cab down to the West Village for a Mexican feast to celebrate Meredith's birthday. On Friday night, I went over to Ellen & Han's apartment for a potluck dinner and a night of awesome hangs with all these lovely people that give me the feels so hard. ...to see Matt's improv class' graduation show!
