siege
Nope! Hahaha. Siege, who doesn't even like being touched, endured an hour long, rigorous massage in the hopes that he'd get to finally learn about the "ancient Chinese secret," and got gypped!
siege
Siege and Astra.
siege
Eureka! This one's perfect. Holy shit we're fucking ugly. No wonder neither of us can ever get laid!
siege
Mine's even better in this pic but Siege is looking downright cute. That won't do at all!
siege
Outside Siege and I tried to make the ugliest faces that we could. Pretty good.

Siege and Meredith.

Siege and KT.

Siege, Sarah and Cat.

I'm a big boy now!

One of these guys is doing his own thing...

Besides getting some great boob pics at the party, I also won a $20 bet. This girl was talking about the movie Goonies and turned and asked me "Hey, what was the name of the lumpy head guy?" "Sloth," I told her. "Sloth Fratelli." She was like "That's not even close." Anyway, I was positive that it was this his name. We were gonna Google it, but no computers were around. In the end, we decided that we'd walk around the party and ask other party-goers the same question. If at least five other people, unprompted by me, named the lumpy-headed character in question as "Sloth," I'd win $20. If, I couldn't find five partygoers to corraborate, I'd have to pay her $20. Needless to say, I had that shit wrapped up in about three minutes. Here's me with the girl I made the bet with. Hahah. (Just for the record, I'm so right.)

A little while after the ball dropped, Amanda got a Happy New Year phone call from her mom...
siege
After leaving Jenny and Jamie's party, we hit the street to meet up with Siege, Katie and Amanda and head to John and Terri's apartment right on the water to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. But not before we had a quick in-between cars...

Smoochy-smoochy at midnight.

Siege and Katie.

Clayton Cubbitt: Panty Investigator.
siege
Siege, who's my favorite photographer in the world, was on hand to give my camera sultry, squinty looks.
siege
Siege and Katie. (Check out Siege's "Hey, that's not how you do karate moves" expression). Good costume-couples know that it's...
siege
Ready?

After we bowed our goodbyes (check out Grant copping a cheap feel in the background...ha!)...

KT and Siege (rocking a handlebar).
siege
On Friday afternoon, Grant and I met up for lunch with Siege and Katie at TeaNY.
siege
We shot up on the roof of the building where Nerve has its offices. While Siege was crossing the roof, he unknowingly walked across some boards that were covering an ELEVATOR SHAFT and fell through UP TO HIS WAIST. If he hadn't managed to stop himself, he totally would have fallen ELEVEN STORIES down an ELEVATOR SHAFT!

How insane is it that this is a picture of Siege just having saved himself from death. (Er, how about the fact that I didn't know Siege had fallen into an elevator shaft so I stopped to take this photo before helping him out. Sorry for almost killing you, for the sake of a photo!)

Fast forward a couple of minutes later and I ended up making a stupid bet. Which ends up leading to photos like...

Siege, Katie and Liz on the shiny, pleather couch.

Here's Siege (aka - Clayton James Cubitt) the Grizza and me in our rental car leaving the city.
siege
Once we were in town, our plan was to seek out naughty sexy fun. We asked around a bit and found out there was a rock show going on at the venue called The Chance.
siege
Based on our inability to find the dirt in Poughkeepsie, the column was killed. But hey, milkshakes, right?
siege
There were also some really amazing pictures of Siege and I sneakily posing next to all sorts of angst-ridden crazily dressed teens, but one of Siege's hard drives failed and those pics are now lost forever! Boo!
siege
Squinty Siege. After eating, we also went to a strip club, but they wouldn't let us in with cameras and a few other bars, but then it started pouring rain and we decided to call it a night and head back to NYC.
siege
Siege reviewing the night's less-than-spectacular results while I try to make Blue Steel faces.
siege
Turns out - there ISN'T ANY! We drove around the town aimlessly for another 35 minutes stopping people and trying to get a bead on something naughty or sexy but came up empty. In the end we headed to a diner because a milkshake will always make things better.
siege
Friday night Grant and I met up with Siege and company at Bar13.
siege
But then we realized that we're living in the golden years and everything was coo-day-la.
siege
Here's Siege at the end of our meal enjoying his "baked potato trailer park ice cream cake." Happy Birthday, you fucking twisted freak .
siege
Corn dogs and deepthroating - it's like a perfect birthday dream.
siege
And here's the mohawk version. This one only worked out on Siege.
siege
Later that evening, I met up with Siege and Katie in Greenwich Village for a lil' dinner celebrating Siege's birthday (this one for the people that weren't able to attend the his Stripper Birthday party at good ol' Pumps in Brooklyn).
siege
Siegelet.
siege
Siege had recently been hired by a fashion magazine to do a shoot that featured "wiglets." Which are little tiny wigs that apparently help bald people look like they have either a Hitler haircut or a mohawk. (Uh, wiglets? What the fuck is wrong with people?) We had no choice but to pass them around the table.
siege
Our cab-van showed shortly after that and ushered us to safety! Happy Birthday Siege!
siege
I had Siege climb up and stand on top of the dumpster out front so he could pose with their faaaaaaaaancy marquis.
siege
Siege's mom sent up this King Cake from New Orleans. Every King Cake has a little plastic baby baked into it (which leads me to believe you can't be sued for negligence in the state of Louisiana) - if you get the piece of cake that has the baby - you win a prize. And in the case of Siege's birthday party, that prize would be a lapdance from the girl of your choice at...drumroll please...

Siege, Dahlia and Crazy Lauren (former Nerve.com photo-editor).

"...GAY!" The best thing about Greenpoint Tavern is...
siege
"Happy Birthday! You're..."
siege
After the screening, I headed back into Brooklyn to celebrate Siege's birthday! (Grant cried about being tired from moving all day and went home leaving me to go alone). Here's Katie and the birthday boy unwrapping presents at the Greenpoint Tavern.

Siege.
siege
Uh-oh, this one might be a giveaway (note Caitlin's eyes).
siege
Transaction complete! (Note Caitlin pulling another great expression of astonishment)
siege
Money changing hands...interesting...

Siege holds up his fingers and tells us how he just...

Aw, heck, as a parting gift to my main man Grant (I since moved to San Francisco, remember?) I won't caption these next few pictures. See if you can figure out what Grant paid Siege for. Please post your theories in the comments section!

If you talked to any person from each of our respective high schools they wouldn't believe that these days girls actually let us touch them (Hell, Siege even gets paid to take pictures of him touching them!) If someone had managed to harness our combined adolescent sexual angst, we could've powered New York City for several days.
siege
When Siege leaves his little "SiegeLair," you know something special's going on. Here's the legend in the flesh with Cynthia and Katie. You don't even want to know where that finger's been...but more on that later.

Group shot.
siege
After karaoke, I walked up to the W in Union Square to wish Katie a happy bday! Katie and (my fave photographer) Siege.
siege
Me bite your face!

Siege's finger: Contoured for your pleasure.

Hahaha. Look at Katie's red face and she struggles not to scream.
siege
It's time for birthday spankings! Shhhhh! Try to be quiet.

On Thursday night Grant called me from LA to tell me that his buddy Clayton Cubitt (aka "Siege" a photographer who work Grant and I both love whom Grant had met while writing a piece about him for Nerve) was going to Marc Baptiste's photo opening near my apartment and that I should meet up with him. I got set up on my very first grown-up "play date."

At this point in the night, Siege felt like an old friend - not only could he help clear a circle in a crowd of people with his perviness, we also found we shared equal loves for both taking dirty pictures of girls (his are way better than mine), having our buttocks cupped by women we don't know all that well and...
