Maddy really likes looking out the window any time she's in a moving vehicle.Mer spent Thursday busy baking up another batch of cookies to give to my parents! Admiring our dog collection with hot chocolate.Maddy pretty much eats her weight in rawhide every week. On the way home, we picked up a rawhide BONE WREATH for this little monster.Maddie graduated from pillow-fortress to what we call her "Russian Princess Cape." Clearly a gift from Ellen.Some time the heat's not enough and you have to build a pillow-fort around it in order to stop the shivering. Haha.Maddly LOVES Edie so much. Haha. This one gets so nervous when we start packing for a trip! After we finished packing, we dropped this one off at Leigh's and headed to the airport!The rare hooded snarl-weasel.It's like living taxidermy....you can pretty much pose her however you want. Maddy hardly has any hair and pretty much requires clothing to not constantly shiver once the temp drops below seventy degrees.You never take me to no marathons.Rather than let them go to waste, I figured maybe I would saw them open into strips she could chew.Maddy eats SO MUCH rawhide, but has trouble eating the knots at the end because they're too big for her mouth.Doesn't even get out of bed in the morning when I leave.Bug / Dad reunion.We packed up our bug and headed home....to go to the Halloween Dog Parade. Meredith sewed Maddy this "bug" outfit.Now your turn.Later that night Miye and Kristen came by and took turns receiving hound love.Snuggle buds.Maddy bidding me farewell on my way to work in the morning.Later that evening, Ellen came over for a hang. We fed her lots of home cooked food and then settled in for...When it starts to get chilly Maddy refuses her morning walk. "No, thanks. Pathetic.She cuddled Maddy into zombified eyes-open sleep. So long September!...and cuddled on the couch.After a long evening of eating pie, Maddy and I put on our matching shirts...Maddy likes to nap on my lap while I play. Haha....abuse it. SHOW ME YOUR TINY TEETH!The only problem with having a pet this adorable is that you always feel the need to...It's only mid-September and Maddy already requires a sweatshirt to stave off the shivers. Pathetic....and took this little champ for a walk.All packed up and ready to go!Blessed with armrests .So lucky to know it.Maddy goes crazy for the light up frisbee. She literally goes out of her mind going after it. And once she gets a hold of it......she likes to proudly keep-a-way at a trotting pace. Haha.CAN TRY PIES?We had both Maddy and Edie with us!...put a weird cape-blanket on our constantly-shivering short-haired dog (a-dorable)...On Wednesday night, our neighbor Russel came by and claimed his two hounds. Maddy was pretty excited to have us all to herself again.Three dogs is a little much when they're all going crazy and are excited to go on a walk. But when all three of them are tired out...Maddy loves playing with this ball, but she also enjoys......using it as a tail-rest. Haha.Lucky!Hahah....and feeling cuddly, there's really nothing better. I came home from the store to find this going on in the living room.They couldn't believe how many wiener dogs we had. Haha.Hahaha.Three-wiener gang!On Friday night Liz and Frank came over for dinner!It's hard to get the grimple to sit still and cooperate when she's wriggling to lick your faces.Later that night, my parents drove us back up to the bus and we headed home!
