Here's to a brand new year - love you all lots! ;) We probably only lasted about 60 seconds or so, but we got in all the way and that's what counts! Meredith had recently broken up with Dylan and our HEARTBREAK HOTEL agreement always stands so she came to stay on the couch for a few days and took turns holding the dogs until she felt better. Within 10 minutes of being back at my apartment, he conked out for the night. (Sweating it out at the baths can make you SO TIRED). Professional chin-rester Woke up at 8:50am on my 39th birthday and this tiny genius stretched and then collapsed over my arm. My parent's birthday card to me featured a Maddy lookalike! Dog smile. Loading the crew back up. Exploring so hard. We drove to a park in Ellen's hometown. City dogs dying to be let off leash! She arrived with Piper and The Dude and I rolled up with Maddy and Edie. Gurj came over after work on Friday... Dog-gang hang! Perfect Friday summer weather. Walked these two characters... I accidentally left my brand new cell phone on the bus and my dad had to drive me to the NJ Transit Bus depot... Dog nugget. On Thursday morning my very nerdy package arrived from China! Heard some commotion in the evening and walked into my office to see that Maddy had caught and killed a mouse. So proud! Tuesday morning dachshund / chicken standoff. ...in the laziest of fashion... Enjoyed the afternoon sunshine... Finished off the month strong with another reiki trade with Next Lev Kev! Happy June, 2013! Sunday evening vibes. Hoping for some cheese. Chicken chasin.
