Later that evening, I walked over to Hans & Ellen's in the East Village for a big holiday feast! Check out the table spread! On Saturday evening I went over to Karen's with Gurj and ate WAY too many Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Ow, my stomach! Lovelies. Nail party. The house had an amazing back porch. After a few hours of warm-up , we graduated to a card game called Apples to Apples. Getting the table set. ...and we got treated to some tuneage courtesy of the house guitar. Maddy likes to watch but needs a little help Hung out with these guys afterwards. Me and Jeet. Yep. Haha. Later that night I biked to the Coffee Shop in Union Square to have a pre-show dinner with Christina, Sarah, Quinn, Gurj & Karen before walking over to... She'd gotten some last minute tix through work. Gurj texted me out of the blue asking me if I wanted to grab some pizza... Like old times. Gurj came over a little after midnight, and in contrast to our asleep-on the-couch by midnight Saturday night a few weeks ago... FAM! Thanks for inviting us all out, Quinn! Just when I thought the night couldn't get any better... Passing baby Juliette around the table. Trying to enjoy the last bit of outdoor evening weather! ...that you have no choice but to hold a tiny dog and fall asleep on my couch. Gurj came over for a feast-over! That's where we feast on so much Thai food... ...the bride and groom to make an appearance! Haha. ...Gurj and her mom! Congrats! It was really fun getting to see Gurj dance with her mom. ...to Gurj. ...that's not shy about dancing at weddings. Immediately following the conclusion of the movie... It was really great. After the cake was cut, everyone went into the planetarium room and we watched a video about how Gurj & Jared got together projected onto the ceiling! ...but they kept it from getting to out-of-hand! It only devolved into a little bit of mutual cake-face smashing... If was really funny to watch Jared & Gurj have a "Don't you dare smash cake in my face or I'll smash cake in your face" stand-off! Time to cut the cake! Party version. Juliette got to hang with the wedding party. VIP baby! I'm lovin it. Hahahah. ...Steve, gave an excellent toast! ...inside the planetarium! So there was a giant model of the moon next to the wedding party's table! The wedding reception was held... JUST MARRIED! ...and then we shot some pics in Jared's dad's motorcycle! One last pics with Jared's family... ...and configurations! ...permutations... ....getting our wedding party photos on... Then we spent the next thirty minutes.... ...and lining up to congratulate the new married couple! Congrats, Gurjeet & Jared! I love you both so much! Congrats, Mr & Mrs Piccone! They had an entire fishing tackle box of gear! Did you know that when a lady look really pretty, there was probably some of... Hahahaha. So good. ...this going on before you saw her? Bun check! Almost ready to be married! ...and tried to rope the soon-to-be-bride into a swim before the pool closed. Such buddies. On Thursday I received my invite to the upcoming Bassi-Piccone wedding! Verrrrry exciting! ...lived in Apt 3A . ...and we all reminisced about basically everyone we know has at some point... He ended up not being featured in the first episode except for a brief clip promoting a future episode, where he said exactly one word: "Penis!" YUM! Gurj & Jared came over for a lovely evening hang. ...for a dress-as-movie-character Oscar party at Quinn & Sarah's. Haha. Jared, Gurj & Quinn came over for a Saturday night hang.
