All settled in for the midnight showing of Pee Wee's Big Adventure! ...and Jen met us there! We picked up Matt on Ave A... ...we went over to the West Village... On Sunday afternoon Ellen and Gurj came over... ..for game night at Siege and Katie's! Good times. Here we go! (PS - Jared's expression in this photo makes me laugh so hard). After we got back from our New Year's Eve trip down in Florida , Gurj came over on Wednesday night for a hang. ...so we walked back to the East Village together and met up with Meredith for some middle eastern brunch! Matt, Craig, Mer and Ellen. Later that evening, we went out to visit Gurj and Jared in Queens and hand-painted signs to cheer Ellen on in during the marathon tomorrow! All packed up and ready to head home! Thanks again to Jenny for suggesting the trip and organizing the weekend! And the second! Haha. I snapped a quick group photo... Finally got it in shot # 3! Number 2 was a falling-from-the-sky success. ...and then decided to balance my camera on the boardwalk railing and try a few snaps with the autotimer. Hahah. Better than sitting in the car. I love train station bars. Yes! Before leaving, we gathered for a group shot with the auto timer. Everyone was all stocked up and ready to go with their bags of goodies, but we couldn't find Marisa and Jenny... Later that afternoon, the seven of us loaded ourselves into the family van we'd rented for the weekend... Meredith explored the yard... Look at us having breakfast together just like normal people. Gurj and Mer got were at work... Beach & Dim Sum food coma recovery party / nap festival at our place! DESTINATION! ...but then their eyes would snap open and we'd all have to pretend that we weren't just taking sneaky sleepy photos! BUSTED! Hahaha. On the subway ride home Gurj and Christina were so tired that their leeetle eyes kept closing and I kept trying to take sneaky pics of them dozing off... Action shot. Here's Snooki (complete with Boof), The Situation (complete with THE Situation) and JWoww complete with no pants!. AMAZING. Shit gets intense. This group photo makes me so happy. Hahaha. ...and handed them out so we could kick the night off with a festive streamer explosion! ...and we all headed out together to say goodbye to Fran and Alex (they were headed back to London after a visit)! On Wednesday evening, a bunch of people met up at our place... Up in the balcony with these three lovely ladies. More Rockband! Happy Wholesome Bachelorette Party! ...and got sprayed in the hair with silly string NOT FOR USE AT CLOSE RANGE. Gurj and Mer! Around 11pm that night, a whole bunch of us headed over to 3A to watch coverage of the election results. We got off the A train at Canal Street and walked across town to Vegetarian Dim Sum House . This place is incredible. Even if you're not a vegetarian, I encourage you to check it out. (C'mon, it's not like you even know what's usually in them anyway, right?) I love this pic. The subway was underground for a long time so when it finally came back up to the surface, the ladies abandoned their reading materials to text on their Sidekicks! Ha! (I was going to say that they were all sending tweets but this was two years ago and I don't think any of them were using Twitter yet! Things are changing faster and faster!) Haha. This is Meredith showing Gurj how the guy was strapped to my back when I did a tandem skydiving jump...on the street. Hahaha. Meredith out of nowhere: CANDY BRA NOM NOM NOM ! Hahaha. I love Gurj's expression in this photo so much. It's totally due to the fact that Meredith is FULL ON cupping her entire right boob and it makes me LOL every time I look at it. Hahah. Mandy tries to help liberate Meredith and Gurj from their shackles! (PS - I love the shitty look the girl in the background is giving them. Hahahah). On Friday night a whole bunch of people came over to our place to hang and play some Cranium! Hahahaha. Best. Photo. Ever! There! Much better! Gurj and Meredith hated the way they looked in this photo so they asked me to take another one. Gurj, is that a lil' bit o' nip I see peeking out there? Mer, Gurj and Brandon.
