best
Sarah showed up with up with her friend Malachi. (Malachi has since stopped wearing that hat and has made life easier for everyone by deciding to wear a t-shirt that reads "Please Kick My Fucking Ass!" instead.)

Amy put together a BBQ going away party for Brett at her place. Here's a group shot...
best
And here's another group shot taken right after someone yelled "Titty Twister!"

Brett with the fam.

See? Just like the pic!
best
What's better than this picture? Seriously.
best
Oh, wait. This picture, that's what.

Don't even get me started on the whole fucking mesh, trucker-hat phenomenon again. Suffice it to say that for a short while it was so out of hand that I actually resorted to having this shirt made up.

In true "ecclectic poet" fashion, Bibbins repesented with these classic shoes. (Which, incidentally, are the same pair that Cousin Eddie gave to Clark W. Griswold in the first Vacation movie. Anyone with me on that one?).
best
Photo of the best subway billboard ever. It's for a law firm that specializes in representing the parents of stupid children who ate lead paint. Stooopid baby! Soooo stoooopid!

Grant getting jokey at Ikea. Monday after work he, myself and Fatty drove out to New Jersey - they were buying stuff for their new apartments...

The people waiting in line for the next showing watched in disbelief as Stephen stomped flowers, pulled them out and threw them at us whilst laughing manically (as his dad looked on non-chalantly from like 5 ft away). When we asked Louis about it later he wearily replied "Hey man, he's a six year old. You've got to pick your battles." Hahahaha.

Bwa-hahahah! That's my roommate's cat, Herman. He's only sort of a cat because he's really more like a dog. I was putting a new garbage bag on the garbage can and when I was flailing the bag around to open it up, Herman became very interested in the bag...a leeeetle too interested...and so I scooped the leeetle fugger up. Here he is four minutes later after he finally manged to claw open a hole for his head. (How about I just make it easy for you?)

I got a new camera and the shutter timing is different than my old one - so when I went to snap a pic of Grant doing his now famous DLR Splitkick (David Lee Roth), the camera went off early and I instead captured him making this awesome face.

(PS - This is a true story: One time, Grant and I were down at the Jersey Shore and on the way back home, we stopped at a noody bar in Tom's River called Delilah's Den. We were sitting at the bar/stage chatting. One of the dancers came over and struck up a conversation with Grant. She asked where he lived, and after he told her "Chinatown, in Manhattan." She replied, "Oh, yeah. I guess I can kind of see that in your eyes." Seriously, true story.)

Even our new Chinese friend wasn't fooled by their clever subterfuge.

Happy Birthday, Lo!
best
Props from the birthday girl.

When Grant ran into a little trouble singing George Michael's "Kissing a Fool," Michael ran up to the stage to lend support with this "lone lighter" salute.
best
Winnie's didn't have paper tablecloths so Grant was forced to draw his nightly picture of me on a karaoke request slip and hold it up for the cam.
best
Yep. To be perfectly honest with you, I always had my suspicions about that Henry Chong guy.

Tara and I making fun of the pic that was taken of us the night we met at Pianos back in January.

Me and Tara.

Stingy Lulu's has these cross-dressing lounge singers that jump all over the place and harrass the shit outta all the people trying to eat. But yo, check out her face - is that some scary Planet of the Apes shit or what?

Tee-hee-hee.

Indian fish!

Emily, Tara, Tiff and me (look at Emily getting all frisky with my coco-jugs).

Sarah decided to throw a Hawaiian party at her pad. (on a side note, when I asked Tara if she wanted to go to a "Hawaiian Party" with me she asked "Do I have to dress Hawaiian?" Me, "Um, I think so." Tara, "So does the girl that's throwing this party have big boobs?" Me, "Yeah, how'd you know?" Tara, "Because if I had big boobs I'd throw Hawaiian parties all the time and show them off.")

So after we leave, who do we see sitting on the sidewalk just a few feet from the broken door slumped against the building next to a pile of his own vomit? (Suddenly his little, matching denin Osh-Gosh-esque outfit seemed apropo). That's right, it's the evil door kicker! Regardless of the rough shape he was in, he was still a good enough sport to wipe the puke from his chin and coldlamp for this supremely awesome pic.

...and we finally managed to blend in at The Hole. "Haaaaaay!"

One night when we were out like two years ago, Grant busted out his impressoin of "Molly Ringwald in every 80's movie" dance-move and cracked us all up. But ever since then, everytime he tries to dance, he inadvertently ends up doing the same Molly Ringwald dance - it just happens and he can't seem to stop. For once, the total and complete gayness that said dance move conjures, worked in his favor. You go, girlfriend!

A night out with Grant just isn't complete these days until he's laid down his almost-perfected caricature of me.

Grant tries to get some stranger into the true DLR (that's David Lee Roth) spirit of things by doing a toe-touch jump in the beginning of his performance of Van Halen's "Panama."

Later on that evening, I find out Tara (pictured above looking not nearly as cute as when I kissed her) knows my friend Gibby.

For those of you who don't live here, Crazy Pomodoro Guy is our loving nickname for a guy named Jack. He stands right outside our office on the corner of Broadway and Spring all day holding a sign that advertises Pomodoro Pizza. He fucking rules.
best
Check this out: Fatty found his old drivers license back from his hair metal days. He played lead axe (that's guitar) for the infamous band "Nasty Magic." (And no I'm not kidding. Do you really think I could've made that name up?)
best
Here's Alex being propped up on the dancefloor Weekend At Bernie's style. HAHAHAHAHAHA!
best
Not about to be upstaged by a non-employee, Alisa and Emma whipped out their boobies and repped for Nerve.
best
Bwa-hahahaha! Here's Grant surreptitiously giving Alex the ol' "Get a Load of This Guy" face for the cam. (Bonus points to the guy over Grant's right shoulder laying down the double-ironic "Who does this guy think he is making fun of that other guy" face. Ha!)
best
And then the next thing you know he's quasi-passed out (check out the open mouth - noice!) on Nerve intern Noa, who tried to resuscitate him with a firm grab of his titty.
best
Philip (giving a pretty awesome "Thumbs Up!" face) and Sarah.

I retaliated with this drawing that pretty much upset Grant for the rest of the night. ("I don't really look like that, do I? Dude! C'mon! Seriously, I don't look like that, right?")
best
Who loves you Big Daddy, eh? Who loves you?
best
But the prize definitely goes to Grant who came out with this creepily accurate portrayal of Jack.

After dinner, we went over to EAR bar to have a drink and kill some time before heading over to TISWAS at Don Hill's. They have paper tablecloths and crayons so that everybody can draw funny pictures of each other. Here's Grant's drawing of me. Hahaha.
