We went to the park across the street and chowed down! Just because it's one-hundred degrees doesn't mean you shouldn't eat piping hot, extra-spicy food!

People in Bali are super-friendly and any time a local found out we were on our honeymoon they were so excited for us. It was really great.

Here's me about to lapse into a food coma. We both totally gorged ourselves and the whole meal for the two of us came to 60 Baht (about $1.25 USD). After lunch, we walked around for a bit and decided to head back to our room to read and nap until the afternoon cooled down a bit.

The meal started out a little rocky. I ordered something on the menu called "Delicious Peanut Bread" and when it showed up it was two slices of stale white bread cut in half and a plate of peanut sauce to dip the bread in. Booooooooo!

After karaoke, we headed over to the *ahem* Roxbury Diner (which for as long as we'd known it had always been called the Victoria Diner before the Hatzimihalis family decided to go all weak on us and cash out) for some late night burgers...

After we finished eating, the plan was for Emma and Lorelei to call and say that we should meet them at the Sunburned Cow, a bar all the way over on Avenue C. We'd try to arrive right at 10pm, and everyone would jump out yell "Surprise!" (hopefully both surprising Grant and scaring the living shit out of him simutaneously).

Ooooooooh!

Hahahah.

After fucking around for too long in Bali, we ended up having to make the 35 minute trip back to our condo at dusk (freezing our asses off the whole way). After dropping the bikes off and picking up our car, we headed to a nearby restaurant for an early dinner.

Me looking like Carson from Queer Eye, who I hear is also partial to huge slabs of meat.

After a light dinner at home, we were still feeling carsick from the overly bumpy (and long) ride home. We decided to take it easy at the condo. We even managed to find a delicious granola snack that described our photoshoots earlier on in the day.

And here's my dinner - both plates of it. No, I'm totally not fucking kidding. These two plates represent one meal. What happened was when the waiter was taking our order I asked, "If I'm really hungry, what should I get?" Before I even fishished asking he replied, "Really hungry, eh? Then you're going to want to be having...(dramatic pause)...THE CONQUISTIDOR." Me: "Mmmmm, that sounds good. I"ll have that."
