Later Friday evening, I met up with Kevin, Amanda.... Right below my FiASCO fridge magnet! Oh, (Fiasco pics, 2004-2007 ) Ran into this familiar face. ...and then we went out to Katie & Siege's to watch... Ladies I love. Feeling the cake-love. Afterwards, we went next door for... Getting goodbye chin-kisses from Maddy before heading home! Haha. Getting excited for eating time! On Thursday night Grant and Amanda came over... They've got a long-standing Christmas tradition of... Amanda & Astra! I kicked off a super-social Sunday with brunch with Amanda at Esperanto (special guest appearance by Grant's dad's doppleganger!) Amanda & Grant. ...got dance floor recruited. Amander & me. Baby Juliette showing off her Montauk sweatshirt and icing-covered face. Meredith and Amanda were right there, but Ellen's (cousin?) made the catch! I loved turning the corner into this room in the museum and discovering Amanda on display like an installation: NATIVE NEW YORKER. Dessert nook! City-folk arriving by the carload all day! Afterwards, we went to Siege & Katie's for a get together in honor of Aki being in town! Amanda, Aki & Grant. Amanda, Leigh & Kim all have the same birthday! This mega-birthday extravaganza kicked off with Amanda's birthday out at Rockaway! Here's the birthday girl along with fellow beach heartbreakers, Naomi & Astra. Happy birthday, Amanda! On Monday night I went to a TACO PARTY at Casa de Wang! I was reading a meditation book written by the HeartMath Institute and I have written down in my diary that I was practicing their technique on the subway ride to Brooklyn. The HeartMath Solution ) ...and showed us some of his favorite books! Henry modeled his line of superhero costumes... Dave & Marina's new baby Violet is adorable and doesn't seem to mind be held by strange adults. Schnacks! We went up to Grand Central and caught the Metro North train up to... ...and then biked over to Astor to meet up with Amanda, Grant and Hanna, who was in town visiting from Toronto. Hung out with Amanda on Sunday night and watched shows. On Thursday I met up with Amanda and we went to a show. (What show?) Later that evening I went over to Amanda's to welcome Grant back from a trip and have Sunday dinner together. Happy March 2014! ...with my fellow culture vultures to see... SHIVADITH! Thankful for all the years I've known you, Clayton! xo! ...to wish Mr. Clayton Cubitt and very happy birthday! Every year Siege wishes for the same thing... Katie with the cake! Later that evening I biked over to the LES to meet up with Amanda, Grant and his friend Alexandra that was in town from Texas. Marina's comedy preggo-belly! (Grant's expression in the background!) On Saturday afternoon, me, Amanda & Grant met up with a very pregnant Marina & Fatty for breakfast! We had homemade hot doughnuts out back at Back Forty. A little bit of bleed-over from the end of September ! On Sunday night, Grant, Amanda & Mer came over to watch the finale of Breaking Bad followed by the premiere of Eastbound & Down. ...and meet up with Amanda at Kostas' holiday BBQ. Haha. Just one of the gals. Monday night dinner with all these lovelies! Later that night, Astra and I went over to Amanda's to watch Mad Men and have dinner together. ...with lots of jukebox playing Congrats, Grant! On Sunday evening, Grant cooked everyone dinner at Amanda's place. Grant and Amanda came over to hang and watch Mad Men and Game of Thrones. After dinner, she and I walked over to Amanda's apartment for a TV premiere party! Grant had recently done a bunch of talking-head interviews for a new History Channel TV series called "How Sex Changed the World"... Later that evening, Grant and Amanda came over for a hang. They brought powder-sugar doughnuts... Ended the weekend with a Sunday night pizza party at Amanda's with Grant and Kristina. Later that evening, I headed over to Cynthia's for a fantastic... I walked all the way back home, dropped Maddy off, and then headed out to Katie & Siege's... Me and a couch full of New Year's babes. (Mer's face is priceless). ...Happy New Year! New Years lovelies! New house in your mouth! Thanks for having us all over! Amanda came over to my place around 9pm. We headed out together to catch a cab over to Ellen & Han's brand new apartment in the West Village. After we saw all the neighbor's lights turn on after the first firework exploded (loudly and repeatedly), we decided to... ...downgrade the birthday festivities to sparklers. Call out a song and Frank can play it! Later that evening, I met up with Grant & Amanda and we took the train out to Brooklyn to attend... The rarely seen Stoddard Stinkeye! Later that evening, Grant and Amanda came over to hang out and learn a song that Frank wanted to play at their upcoming Christmas Party. Later that night, Mer, Grand and Amanda came over for an Indian feast and a screening of.... On Sunday evening people came over to watch the much anticipated...
