Went for a run with Grant and then jumped rope afterwards.

I've never really been much of a runner, but I like jumping rope because it's much easier for me to trance-out and forget that I'm exercising.

The only downside is that while you're learning to jump-rope, you inevitably end up whipping yourself in the same place over and over. There is no better incentive to improve than mortifying the flesh.
