tagged together in 613 photos me + meredith ...time to head back! On Thursday morning, Mer and I took the L train out to Brooklyn... Congrats, other Meredith! Let's hear it for internet strangers! After party at our place! We all changed into our civilian clothes and met up in the suite for some... Auto-timer to get myself in! ...for dinner with Rachael and Liam. Other side of the table. A little after 1pm, Quinn came over and then we all headed out together! ...TREAT TIME! Solid showing for 2am. Happy birthday, Meredith! I like when Amanda does the lean-in. Class portrait. ...with a sweater wiener! (PS - look at Maddy's tongue!) ...and met this guy out for a few drinks. Right around midnight, we got our winter gear on... Mostly it's a great excuse to get drunk and take photos with the sunset. Happy 2011! Mer and me. We landed a little after noon! We picked up our rental car and in less than an hour's time... Pre-dinner holiday photo for my dad's holiday newsletter! Merry Christmas! Meredith knows that later could mean months later and gave me the stink-eye until I packed up my mess... On Sunday, Meredith and I... Nothing better than a boat ride on a sunny day. On Tuesday morning, we took a day off from surfing (to rest our sore bodies and bruised bellies!) and took a ride into the nearby city of Leon for the day. Arrival. On our way! Taking the hound for a walk. Blink. On Saturday afternoon we walked a block over to Tompkins Square Park... Time to head home. Congrats... We purchased tickets on the Bolt Bus so instead of going to the bus station, they just tell you where to stand on Sixth Avenue. Back at home, we celebrated with Nutty Buddies... The taping went super quick and we were finished and on our way out the door before 1:30! (We DVRed the whole next season of the series, but never saw the episode with us on it! So we're not even sure if it ever even aired! Anyone ever see it?) They were filming three different episodes so there were nine couples in total. Here's us after we got separated with the other two couples we'd be appearing on an episode with! Thursday morning. 7:30am cab ride cross town... ...and here's us being newly married. After we'd gotten the paperwork completed, they took us aside to take some quick photos for the show. Here's us looking natural... I took the day off on Friday! Ran errands with this one. There wasn't really a line so as soon as we got off, we got back in line for another go! Up next! All packed up and ready to head home! Thanks again to Jenny for suggesting the trip and organizing the weekend! ...and then decided to balance my camera on the boardwalk railing and try a few snaps with the autotimer. Hahah. Before leaving, we gathered for a group shot with the auto timer. Later that afternoon, the seven of us loaded ourselves into the family van we'd rented for the weekend... Friday afternoon, we packed up our stuff... It's hard to get the grimple to sit still and cooperate when she's wriggling to lick your faces. Wednesday was our first wedding anniversary! We celebrated with a family portrait. ...our one-year wedding anniversary! I love you, good one! Thanks for spending my life with me! (I'll try to not take so many photos of you while you're eating!) That afternoon, we borrowed my mom's car and drove across southern Jersey so Meredith could attend her friend Mandy's bridal shower! ...compared to the kids' table! Still managed to meet up with Pauly on the way! Wooooo! On Monday night a bunch of us got together... <3 ...that's when you know you're almost home! ...and headed crosstown to the UCB Theater. Any time someone does it to me, I make really creepy OOOOH faces that I have absolutely no control over. Chipwich! ...we were wearing matching shirts! (I look like I'm still not sure how I got tricked into this) Yes! How many of these photos could they possibly be selling? Time to head to the amusement park. We packed up our things a little before four. Buds. We managed to leave the apartment early on Saturday to head to Far Rockaway! Afterwards, we met up for a few drinks. Van full of awesome. Mer and me. On Thursday night Jonah came over! On Saturday we got up bright and early to catch a train out to NJ for Lindsey's bridal shower. Me and Mer. Time for Cranium action shots!
