Then we all went to see Louis CK live at Carnegie Hall! Frank, Marina (with Henry inside!), Dave, Mer, Liz & Matt! Later that night we met up with Ellen who had just picked up her official number to run in the New York Marathon coming up in two days! ...is all in the avocados. Cabbage cross-section. Hammock retreat. TACO #5! Started November off with a taco party at Casa de Wang! On Monday night Mer borrowed Sarah's bike... Neato cut-out lines up with all the buildings if you use the eye piece to stand in just the right spot. ...on the way to Quantum Leap in the East Village for lunch. Pizza. Lady chat. Blink. ...and over to the theater district... Costume buddies. We packed up our bug and headed home. On Saturday afternoon we walked a block over to Tompkins Square Park... Jaffles! When Meredith's driving on Netflix... The next morning we went to a diner that that all sorts of crazy veggie options. Time to head home. Signing the guestbook on the way out. Mandy and Mer! Congrats... WHAT? Windy. We purchased tickets on the Bolt Bus so instead of going to the bus station, they just tell you where to stand on Sixth Avenue. Snuggle buds. Ellen came over later that night to hang (and to help eat the cupcakes!). Someone fell asleep on the couch. Wakey, wakey! Later that evening, Ellen came over for a hang. We fed her lots of home cooked food and then settled in for... Later that night... Back at home, we celebrated with Nutty Buddies... After work on Tuesday, I met Meredith at Penn Station... ; ) Forced walk at 2:30pm. Mint tea! Sorry I got the "What is the weirdest nickname you have for your spouse" question wrong, Bucket ! The taping went super quick and we were finished and on our way out the door before 1:30! (We DVRed the whole next season of the series, but never saw the episode with us on it! So we're not even sure if it ever even aired! Anyone ever see it?) They were filming three different episodes so there were nine couples in total. After we'd filled our bellies, Frank suggested we celebrate the luxury of having a backyard with a few humble 'WORKS! BON APPETITE! On Wednesday night we went to Freeman's for dinner to celebrate Mark's birthday! ...crossed FDR over to East River Park... On Tuesday night, Mandy and... All packed up and ready to head home! Before leaving, we gathered for a group shot with the auto timer. Everyone was all stocked up and ready to go with their bags of goodies, but we couldn't find Marisa and Jenny... Later that afternoon, the seven of us loaded ourselves into the family van we'd rented for the weekend... ...and found a sweet bike. Meredith explored the yard... Look at us having breakfast together just like normal people. ...on what they promised was a breakfast feast.
