Then we spent the next thirty minutes.... ...and lining up to congratulate the new married couple! Congrats, Gurjeet & Jared! I love you both so much! Congrats, Mr & Mrs Piccone! Almost ready to be married! ...and tried to rope the soon-to-be-bride into a swim before the pool closed. Such buddies. On Thursday I received my invite to the upcoming Bassi-Piccone wedding! Verrrrry exciting! ...lived in Apt 3A . ...and we all reminisced about basically everyone we know has at some point... He ended up not being featured in the first episode except for a brief clip promoting a future episode, where he said exactly one word: "Penis!" YUM! Gurj & Jared came over for a lovely evening hang. ...for a dress-as-movie-character Oscar party at Quinn & Sarah's. Haha. Jared, Gurj & Quinn came over for a Saturday night hang. Frozen fruit bars for dessert. Strawberry Popsicle Lounging. I was trying to get a photo of Maddy's head all tucked under Jeet's feet... ...but she woke up when she heard me giggling. Haha. Gurj came over after work! We destroyed... Cab line farewell. Thanks for such a lovely trip! So proud! Quinn & Gurj watching the show from the green room. Afterwards, we watched... Still going! ...Jared was like "Whatever you do, don't touch THAT!" As we climbed the steps, we spotted a few... ...which means they were well-rested for our late-night snacks! Afternoon drinks with Gurj, Nick, Quinn & Liz. ...to grab a drink and then we set out to do some... Perfect weather for the show at Red Rocks! Later that night we headed over to Sean's parent's house for a big BBQ dinner. While we were there, Jared showed us... ...we headed back to the hotel for a nap! On our way up. Laughing about the invite on our fridge. Thirteen months and counting until... ...Gurj and Jared's brand new apartment! Congrats on the move, guys! Left over pizza for breakfast! Back in one of sleeping rooms, things were starting to wind down. Bubble party! ...and found these guys enjoying the knotted-wood ceiling together. We had ourselves a pizza-party dinner... ...to play some LRC before dinner! Haha. Gurj and Mer paddleboating! Two and a half hours into the drive, we stopped at a diner up 87. Jared and Gurj came by on Saturday afternoon and picked up me, Mer & Quinn in the East Village. We grabbed some ice coffees and then headed to the car. I'd say a Killers song by why isn't Karen up there? Sarah, Quinn & Gurj trio! Welcome back, Matt! ...and a whole roomful of people he knew yelled SURPRISE! The rest of our mewvie crewww. On Friday night a bunch of us met up... So excited for a rafting adventure! ...outfitted us with paddles and marched us over... ...we grabbed some lunch and waited for our group to be called to head down to the river. Ready for some rafting. After getting suited up with life jackets... Silent grazing. I don't remember if there was a special occasion or if this was just a spring friend hang, but check out the solid Saturday night crew that rolled up into our place! SUPER HANS! Later, we headed over to B-Side to celebrate! Foosball. ...turned out to have decorative BALLS! GURJ IS 30! Gurj's birthday cookie... Gurj was scandalized! Hahaha.
