a person in 334 photos quinn Quinn & Kim returned from the house with some kind of fruit and wine drink they'd concocted together. At one point, someone looked up at at the stitching pattern towards the top of the tent and noticed. "Hey, that looks like a shirt collar up there." Then, "Hey, Wait a minute, you guys..." We wandered around the farm and communed with nature. I spent at least forty minutes sitting on the stone fence watching the tree branches swirl and "breathe." Haha. What do horses like? Haaaaaaay! Matching flannels photo shoot! ...working on dinner! Headed north. Hung out with these guys afterwards. Haha. Later that night I biked to the Coffee Shop in Union Square to have a pre-show dinner with Christina, Sarah, Quinn, Gurj & Karen before walking over to... FAM! Thanks for inviting us all out, Quinn! ...and carried it around like a baby. Haha. When we got back inside, Shruti was helping get Gurj's mom... ...that's not shy about dancing at weddings. Bridesmaid's ready! Worn out from partying, pizza and long admiration for Karen's dress... The after-party place had giant scorpion bowl drinks... Here we go! Saying goodnight to Juliette. Swimming baby group shot! Back at the hotel, we all changed into our swimwear... Krystyna, Sarah, Quinn... ...then biked over to La Palapa to meet up with this crew! Monday night dinner with all these lovelies! ...lived in Apt 3A . ...and we all reminisced about basically everyone we know has at some point... These are my friends. There are many like them, but these ones are mine. On Friday night, I went over to Ellen & Han's apartment for a potluck dinner and a night of awesome hangs with all these lovely people that give me the feels so hard. Quinn's birthday! ...for a dress-as-movie-character Oscar party at Quinn & Sarah's. Haha. Jared, Gurj & Quinn came over for a Saturday night hang. After a few drinks, we headed upstairs to my apartment so we could try out my Neurosky headset and the games that you play by trying to focus your brainwaves! On Monday night I met up with Quinn & Sarah for drinks in my hood at The Wayland. ...two tables of people I love to celebrate... Quinn, Hans & Ellen. Cab line farewell. Thanks for such a lovely trip! Later that night we headed over to Sean's parent's house for a big BBQ dinner. While we were there, Jared showed us... On our way up. Taking a break in the shade. I like this photo very much. It looks like they're putting on a play! Two and a half hours into the drive, we stopped at a diner up 87. I'd say a Killers song by why isn't Karen up there? Sarah, Quinn & Gurj trio! ...to 3A and had fancy drinks with Quinn & Sarah. So excited for a rafting adventure! ...outfitted us with paddles and marched us over... ...we grabbed some lunch and waited for our group to be called to head down to the river. After getting suited up with life jackets... Me, Mer and Quinn in the back. SUPER HANS! ...I'm glad I spent mine laughing and snacking with you all! Happy February 2012! Such a nice mid-week catch up! Ellen brought along travel goodies for Sarah & Quinn...including another bottle of Rhum JM! Friend reunion at Apt 3a! OMFG, Quinn, Karen, Gurj and Sarah came in one of the best GROUP COSTUMES I've ever seen: the In Living Color FLY GIRLS . Ahahahahahah. That makes Meredith Sexy Fire Marshall Bill? Pretty nice little Wednesday. Later that night, Mer and I went out to Brooklyn Bowl to meet up with these guys! Thanks for coming out to visit! We even found a little something something in the glove box for the drive! (I think Quinn said it was from '93!) Quinn came by in the morning and graciously lent us her car so that we could more-easily haul our stuff out there! (Thanks so much!) Mer & Quinn talking everyone through...
