a person in 2,400 photos grant Met up with Grant & Vin for lunch at Tiny's Giant Sandwich shop ...and managed to catch some pretty gnarly, ballbag-clipping pics! Thirty seconds of pain instead of eighteen years of anguish! Siege wasn't shy with his lens... After the movie, we headed up to Siege's photo studio to look at photos from Grant's vasectomy. ...and then we went out to Katie & Siege's to watch... And then Grant came by in the evening. I showed him my nerd toys... Later that evening, Grant and Fatty came by and we bundled up to head out for... So much majesty! On Friday night, Ellen, Grant, Piper and the Dude came over for a hang. ...with Grant! Afterwards, we went next door for... On Saturday evening, Grant got a crew together for some Sing Sing karaoke. Grant's friend Andres was visiting from Vancouver. Got post-show drinks at Lucy's. Haha. Getting excited for eating time! On Thursday night Grant and Amanda came over... Had a nice Odessa Saturday catch-up with Grant after spending Thanksgiving with my family in Hilton Head, SC Had a bro-down with Grant on Friday! Hung out in the park with Grant and Catrinel... ...and was almost unrecognizable! Haha. Grant's friend Leanne was visiting from Vancouver. Amanda & Grant. They use Tinder out here, right? Bruno, Cat & Grant! In the background you can see.. Dessert nook! So sophisticated! Afterwards, we went to Siege & Katie's for a get together in honor of Aki being in town! Amanda, Aki & Grant. After making sure the sponges, and all of his affairs, were in order it was time to... After we had finished soaking the sponges attached to the electrodes with salt-water, we secured them to their proper spot on Grant's skull with a headband. Because hey, if you're going to get your brain fried, you may as well go out looking fabulous when it happens! But seriously... A few tries later... On Monday night I went over to Grant's apartment to help with with an experiment he was conducting for an article. He was trying to find out whether directly stimulating his brain with electricity via a handmade device he'd purchased from the internet ... I met up with Kristina after getting back into town and then she and I headed over to meet up with Grant at Lucy's. ...and then stopped in to Sunny Annie's to get some desserts! Grant grabbed the cookies and... Grant played host to my parents while they were visiting Vancouver. He sent me this pic before they went to dinner! ...so we decided to grab a few drinks and say farewell. Visor tastic. Right when we were about to get another round of Pina Coladas, someone walked by us on the beach selling especially potent locally-made alcoholic beach drinks called which are colloquially called Nutcrackers! Saturday for the books! Biked down to meet Grant and get breakfast sandwiches at Dimes. Penny and Jared came to meet us... They should call them Bikini Peelers! ...to up our beach-pose ante. My brother and his friend Sid were both in New York visiting on Tuesday. After pre-gaming at my apartment... On Sunday I met up with Grant by Tompkins and got a serious brunch on. Monday was Memorial Day. I helped Grant install his window AC unit and then we walked over to Forget Me Nots for a late lunch! Grant even reprised his role as a Times Square Spiderman for Henry. She even managed to win over Grant's tiny, child-hating heart! Hahaha. Buddies! Schnacks! We went up to Grand Central and caught the Metro North train up to... ...and then biked over to Astor to meet up with Amanda, Grant and Hanna, who was in town visiting from Toronto. This guy makes crazy things happen always! <3 Do they have fancy dining like this in Californ-i-a? Kristina was in town visiting so we pulled out all the stops and took her to Odessa! Grant came over on Friday night and we did manly things like drink beers... After Grant's face couldn't take anymore shaking, they moved on to documenting... ...Grant's aerial skills! (Kid's still got it!) Shake face out-take! ...we adjourned to the studio... So Clayton could try out the rig he'd set up to capture slow-motion video. Later that night I met up with Grant and we went out to Williamsburg to catch up with this guy!o After a pizza from Sal's and a catch up... On Thursday night, I went over to Grant's to watch I'm Alan Partridge and eat Japanese noodles. Late night Odessa with G. Few of my friends can resist the lure of a keyboard that's already set up! Later that evening I went over to Amanda's to welcome Grant back from a trip and have Sunday dinner together. Happy March 2014! ...with my fellow culture vultures to see... ...that his team will be victorious in Cranium! ...to wish Mr. Clayton Cubitt and very happy birthday! On Friday morning I went over to meet Grant for breakfast for our weekly conversation centering mostly around WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT ? Spent Sunday evening hanging out with these two lovelies! After catching up on my sleep on the couch all afternoon, later that evening I met up with Grant and took him out to dinner at Motorino to catch him up on my weird work trip. On Sunday night I went over to Amanda's apartment and Chef Grant made us... On Wednesday night, Grant and I went over the Bower Diner to catch up with the Fatty! On Wednesday evening, Gurj and Jared came over for a hang and then we headed over to the West Village to meet up with Grant... Got my Odessa on with Grant for lunch... After he was finished cooking, Grant went off to pose for some pics. Grant cooked a Japanese dish for us... On Monday evening I biked down to the edge of Chinatown to have dinner at Grant's new apartment with Katie & Clayton. ...and AC/DC songs on the guitar. ...and then treats me to a medley of Iron Maiden... Grant came by on Friday morning after his run. We continued our tradition where he brings me a coffee... Later that evening I biked over to the LES to meet up with Amanda, Grant and his friend Alexandra that was in town from Texas. Marina's comedy preggo-belly! (Grant's expression in the background!) On Saturday afternoon, me, Amanda & Grant met up with a very pregnant Marina & Fatty for breakfast! We had homemade hot doughnuts out back at Back Forty. Went out to Motorino for pizza with these two... A little bit of bleed-over from the end of September ! On Sunday night, Grant, Amanda & Mer came over to watch the finale of Breaking Bad followed by the premiere of Eastbound & Down. On Saturday afternoon, Grant and I met up with the Doyle brothers for one last meal together at Bowery Diner before they left town. Later that night I met up with Grant in his new apartment... Time flies when you're having fun! ...and to watch all the joggers go by with all their crazy, varying strides and feel like we were watching some wild, cartoonish parody of animals interacting around a watering hole in the African veldt. Sunday with these lovelies. Grant came over Sunday morning to grab some breakfast.
