On Saturday I hopped in my trucked... Got all bundled up and trudged up to... Took an afternoon snack-run with my favorite lil lizard murdered... Running errands with the ween on Wednesday. ...and headed back east in my zip car. Tuomo drove me to the airport and we said farewell! Pulled over to take a flowery photo! After I headed back to my hotel for a nap and to get dressed for the wedding! At 3pm I headed back over to the ferry. Waiting for the subway home. Later that afternoon I went shopping for an outfit for an upcoming costume-themed party called "THE FUTURE" at The Hacienda. On the way home... We have a tradition each year where we like to see how late in the year we can go to the beach. Met up with Grant at the Tompkins crescent of benches (The Crez) ...and puff a little morning doober. On the way back I took this picture when I had the thought "Oh shit, I think I'm going to buy this place." LOL. On Monday morning we checked out of our hotel and got ready for another long travel day to Alona Beach on Panglao Island, the site of Aileen and Ryan's wedding at the end of the week! Grant and I got up early on Sunday, picked up a ZipCar around the corner from my place... Early on Monday morning, Grant arrived on the red eye from Vancouver. He dropped his bag off at our apt and we... Headed back home! Hold on tight! Sunday was our last day out in Rockaway! We headed over to the beach to survey the damage... Ice cream break! ...with no hands! ...we walked to the beach! Birthday family portrait. Really doesn't take all that much to make me happy. On Monday we met up at Cynthia's to go to the beach. She even let me drive her fun car! ...to spend some time with the fam. Related much? I met up with Meredith and she gave me... I love this picture! Thanks for being my boo, boo. The house my parent's bought is in a retirement community that has an age-minimum. Because Meredith and aren't residents, we need to be accompanied by one of my parents if we'd like to visit the pool. ...and headed crosstown to the UCB Theater. ...Karen and Josh... Jeet and me. We packed up our things a little before four. We managed to leave the apartment early on Saturday to head to Far Rockaway! Mark, Karen and me.
