I made sure to point out Vadim's "happy spot" to Matt so that he could get some pics of it for the official Karaoke Killed the Cat site. I love how hard everyone is laughing in this photo.
Oh man, I love this picture SO MUCH. Every time I look at David's face I can actually hear the perverted little cackle he does when something naughty happens: "Heh...heh...heeeh."
...the monkey was just excited about all of us! Homeboy was packing!. Boy, thirty years old and still doing stuff like pretending an inflatable monkey's tail is a giant inflatable monkey-penis. I guess my eighth-grade guidance counselor was right about me all along! (At least he was wrong about the whole "ending up in jail" part! Er, at least so far anyway).
OMG, this photo makes me LOL on so many levels. I love how Grant's covering his mouth. That's because he knows that if he makes so much as a peep, I'll spring awake with the quickness and swat him right in the bean bag. I also love this photo because it looks like I'm dead and I can already envision my own funeral where my friends will be pulling this same exact bullshit next to my open-casket. (And Meredith will probably be the accomplice that takes the photo. Just like she did here!)
Hannah and me. Hannah also made her IKAD deput at the Mermaid Parade of 2001, but she doesn't properly show up until later that same night when we had a prom party at Indoorvillage!) A few minutes later, Hannah introduced us to two other girls that were in town from England for the wedding...
Meanwhile, back at the booths, the mysterious red-shirted man was kicking it to Niki in full-effect (er, unless this was someone she already knew and I'm completely wrong).
Here's Cat acting out a "Cameo" question (that's where you have to get your team to guess the answer by doing charades). I have no idea what she's acting out in this pic.
Then we headed back down to the East Village and took Grant's mom and Grammy Pam out for dinner at a Japanese BBQ restaurant! Check out Grammy Pam laughing about her chopsticks! I love this photo so much!
...it looked like we we'd taken our gimp out from under the stairs for his annual Christmas dinner! (Hey, 'tis the season!). Speaking of JC's birthday, after we looked at this photo, we realized that the wood trim on the wall behind Fatty sort of resembled a sideways crucifix. Which immediately led to...
After getting the pic above, I went around the couch to try to capture the side-angle that demonstrated just how far back Chad's head was leaning (he looked like a Pez dispenser) but he woke up and caught me! Hahaha. So busted.
On Sunday night, Niki came out of her room and into our living room and asked me to help her find her cell phone. So I went into her room and called her cell with my cell so that we could try to locate it by its ring. We both heard the phone, but after looking everywhere, we couldn't find it. So we moved to a different part of the room and I tried calling it again and we were perplexed that it also sounded like it was right near us even though were like ten feet from where we were the first time we called it.
Meredith and I arrived at The Delancey a little early so we could have a few drinks and catch up with some peeps (Like David "Capt. Creepy" Kreitman, see here peeking into the picture to recreate one of his most creepy photo moments from my going away party last summer).
I don't mind other people being really funny as long as they don't mind me laughing so hard that I get really ugly. This was my reaction to Scott trying to trick Grant into confessing that he'd used Sun In in his hair.
